How Can I Share My Experience with HomeMaid?

We value your input! We would love to hear about your experience with HomeMaid in the form of a testimonial, or if you would like to share HomeMaid with a friend, simply fill out our referral form. We will contact the name of the person that you refer to us and provide them with the same outstanding service!  For each referral you send us and we clean you will receive a $20 credit towards your next cleaning.

How Much Does it Cost to Have My Home Cleaned?

HomeMaid works with each of our customers to create a residential cleaning plan designed to fit their homes needs, as well as their budget. Our minimum time is 1 hour—not 3 hours. You will have the ability to customize your cleaning needs to include what you’d like to have cleaned and exclude want you don’t want to pay for. How Do I Pay for Residential Cleaning Services?

Payments are due the day of your scheduled service. Most of our customers find it more convenient to leave a check in the home. You can also call our office (918-742-6243) prior to your scheduled cleaning service to pay by credit or debit card. Or, you can pay on our website using Paypal at any time before or on the day of your scheduled cleaning.

  • Payments not received at the time of service will incur a $10 fee invoice fee. Every 30 days the payment is not collected will add an additional $10 late fee.

What if My Home Cleaning Falls on a Holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, HomeMaid will call you to reschedule for a more convenient time when we can come clean your home. Or, if you are planning ahead for a vacation and know you will be gone, please call our office at 918-742-6243 to let us know. We are happy to work around your schedule!

What Happens if I Need to Reschedule My Cleaning Appointment?

We know that your schedule can become complicated sometimes, and we are always willing to work around your schedule! If you can, simply call 918-742-6243 48-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning and HomeMaid will work with you to setup a new time to clean your home. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Lockouts and Last Minute Cancelations

We understand emergencies arise but because a specific time has been scheduled for your home's cleaning, and not someone else’s, any lock out or last minute cancelation less than 48 hours will result in a $25 fee.

Do I Provide Cleaning Supplies or Equipment?

No. Every HomeMaid cleaning crew comes fully prepared with all of the necessary cleaning supplies. However, if you have specific products that you want to be used in your home, we are happy to clean with the products that you provide.

Am I Liable for Worker’s Compensation, Insurance or Employment Taxes?

HomeMaid takes care of personal liability with regard to work-related injury and social security taxes. Other residential cleaning services may not do this, which makes homeowners liable. HomeMaid is fully insured, licensed and bonded for your protection and ours.

What If Your Cleaning Crew Missed A Spot?

Our residential cleaning service offers consistent, quality cleaning for your home. However, in the event that we do make a mistake, we offer our HomeMaid Guarantee: 

"If you are not satisfied with the services rendered, or if you need to address a concern, please notify our office within 24 hours of the service date and we will correct the problem at no charge."

Do I Have to Be Home During House Cleanings?

Because we clean during regular business hours, most of our customers are not at home, and prefer to leave us a key to their home. All house keys are individually coded maintained securely. On the other hand, if you happen to be home when we are there to clean, that's great! We love interacting with our customers!

Who Do You Hire to Clean My Home?

HomeMaid's staff have had thorough background checks as well as passing regular drug screenings for continued employment. Our training program ensures that not a single customer ever suffers from a new employee that is not up to speed on how HomeMaid cleans as well as what the customer expects. In addition, our cleaning professionals are well-trained, bonded and insured before becoming part of a cleaning crew and stepping into your home.

What Should I Do Before My Cleaning Appointment?

Prior to a house cleaning appointment, we ask that the areas you want cleaned are free from clothes, toys, and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping crew(s). This is to ensure that the crew meets your needs within the allotted time that we have to clean. In order to stay within the time scheduled, we ask for that all surfaces to be cleaned are free from clutter. However, in order to accommodate you, we can include the organizing and the pre-clean phase before we clean, but this will require additional time to be scheduled in addition to the time already designated for your appointment.
